Upgraded elemental forms would really be nice. It's not even really worth using in it's current state.

It isn't, but force of habit makes me click it every time I'm indoors. It would be nice if they upgraded it.

Back to the original post, I would say go for direct offensive AAs first and pet defensive if you pet tank much. But mana regen should really come pretty early in the game as far
as I'm concerned. Just because it's a small increase doesn't mean it's not worth while. Have you never counted the ticks of regen waiting for just enough mana for that last nuke to finish off a mob, hopefully before
it finishes your pet? I'll take any extra mana I can get! If your not wishing for even a few more ticks of mana, you probably should nuke harder or pull faster.

While no one is debating that mana = good; there is a point where it's just not worth the aas. For example; I have 40,000 unbuffed mana. does an extra 25 a tic worth of mana regen make much difference to me? Not really. 25 mana = 1/1600 of my mana pool, otherwise represented by 0.000625%. Frankly, that's too small of a number for me to care about. Our spells, even when properly focused, cost several hundred (or thousand in the case of RS) mana to cast....when spell costs were less, sure, these were a fine set of aa's to purchase. However, in the inflationary game as it is now, I just don't think they matter.

When I was at your age we worked twice as hard for out Math skills. 1/1600 is in your case represented by 0.0625%.

But yes, I think about 15 Manaregen as a "450" larger manapool in a 3 min fight. Or it will give me 4500 more mana to play with in a lesson. If its worth 80 AAs to get it is up to you... (Dunno how much it cost, but Ive got mine maxed with 900 AAs at level 71...)

When I was at your age, we worked twice as hard on spelling. JK couldn't resist.

Meh, i was drunk when i posted. Frankly, i'm happy i made it readable.

Anyway, even if it gave 1000 mana back to me over a 5 minute fight, it's simply not worth the aa's, until you are 2k+ in aa totals. You get a bigger bang for your buck with pretty much anything pet related, crit related, activated aa related, etc.
