Mage HoT T3 weapon?

Is there a mage only item/weapon in T3/T4? Couldn't find any.

Which is garbage, with so many others getting class specific things (especially weapons).

With the stats I am gonna say it's a T3 item (T4 stuff seems to be 1400+HEM), and the name would suggest it's out of Fear Itself, perhaps on a named frightfinger...or maybe a zone wide rare drop off the trash.

That neck drops from a named hand (Iron Fist) in Fear Itself! It paths up and down the ramp that is shaped like a "Z"
