Level 63, I like to go to Plane of valor still, it is barely ever occupied, and mobs are easy. I also like to go to Dragonscale and do the farm quest, over and over. Loping planes might even work too, you might give that a shot.

I don't know if Alla's has one now or not - they do have the hot zones listed though.

Just padding my post count but keep in mind that just because something is listed as a hotzone doesn't mean it's the best zone for xp. It simply means that Sony decided to make the xp better than it was for a particular zone.

True. They can make all of the hot zones they want, Paladual Caverns will still be the best xp for the 12-20ish range. And for some of those other zones, crap x 2 = old, hard, not as stinky crap.
