Keep in mind as well,with these dummies, that Salvo isn't doing the most it can do. If i remember, it doesnt even show up on dummy parses. So that is going to be a substantial hit on your dps.

Hundred hands is the effect your looking for. Was originally a zerker only thing then got farmed out to monks and rogues.

Haste is capped at 225%

100% to start with. 100% from a combo of worn and spell haste (mask and BO) then v3 bard haste for the other 25%.
